On this device

Your keys. Your phrase. Your phone.

Ciballo is self-custody. The recovery phrase is the wallet. Protect it the way you would protect cash that cannot be replaced.

Local vault

The phrase and keys are encrypted on the device. They are not uploaded so that a website can sign for you.

Passcode

A six-digit passcode locks the app. The same passcode is checked again before a transfer is signed.

Biometrics

Fingerprint or face unlock can open the app on phones that support it. It does not replace the phrase backup.

What we cannot do

Ciballo cannot reverse a payment, recover a lost phrase, or freeze an address. Check the network and the address before you confirm.
